Diversified Services, Inc. was incorporated in 2004. Principal, Jeff Forlenza, Sr., brings 15 years of property management and real estate investment experience to the company. Principal Gail Forlenza is a mechanical engineer with a background in facilities management and plant engineering. Our office staff consists of individuals with backgrounds in customer service, accounts payable and receivable, and are well versed in the day to day operations of rental properties and association management. Our affiliated support staff includes four rental agents, a commercial sales agent, and three residential sales agents. Jeff Forlenza is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the states of Kentucky and Ohio.

Having come from the corporate world, but possessing entrepreneurial spirit, they sought to assemble a team of highly motivated individuals that would provide high quality service at the best possible prices for their clients. To accomplish this, they chose a management model that utilizes independent contractors rather than employee-based tradespersons. The theory behind this is that a contractor must provide fast, efficient, cost-effective services if they want to continue being a provider of services for Diversified's clients. With contractors bidding for work, savings could be passed on to property owners or Home/Condo Owner's Associations. This is in sharp contrast to most property management companies that use their own employees to perform trade work.

Because of the principals' background in investment property ownership, Diversified is very cognizant of the slim profit margins that property owners sometime work on, therefore, they do everything possible to maintain positive cash flows for their clients--this is why the company motto is "We Manage Every Home Like It Is Our Own." This concept encompasses our apartment, commercial, and homeowner/condo association management.
