For your convenience, we offer three ways of paying your rent:

1. Mail check or money order to:

   Make checks payable to Diversified Property Management or Services (whichever is applicable). Payment is DUE on the first, therefore it must be mailed a few days earlier. Late payments will incur a late fee as stated in your lease.
2. Electronic payment of rents — we can take your rent out automatically every month so that you don't have to bother writing a check or getting a money order. It saves on stamps, too. Download the ACH form and fax or mail it back to us.
